1. Hiatus

    Though it hasn’t been long since this little project of mine has started, it is that time of the year where every the very fabric of the human condiion is tested: finals. Symptoms may include memory loss, sleep loss, sanity loss, loss of humanity. As a result, I’ve forgotten to photograph what little food I’ve managed to eat the past few days…please forgive the delay. I’m still deciding whether or not o hold this off until next year or to keep it up during the summer, but that decision will have to wait. Thanks for all of the support, and please check back in about a week for an update!

  2. Dinner on April 14th, 2010

Main Dish- pasta Primavera w/ grated American cheese, mashed potatoes w/ gravy, cooked corn w/ grated am. cheese, beef sandwich.

Side Dish- ratatouille, pasta, fried rice.

Dessert- chocolate chip cheesecake.

Drink- cranberry juice.

Main Dish/Drink- Sac Sac Orange. These are really delicious for those who were wondering, or who haven’t seen/tasted/experienced it before. Not nearly enough substance for a meal, I admit, but they’re tasty nonetheless. I’ve been missing meals, both emotionally and physically, because I’m running low on meal points. Sad, but I have to conserve them till the going gets really rough with finals week. Ah college, what wonderful experiences you provide.

    Main Dish: Spaghetti Pasta with Meat Marinara Sauce and Parmesan Cheese, Cooked Broccoli with Grated American Cheese, Two pieces of Garlic Bread.

    Side Dish #1: Another plate of Spaghetti Pasta with Meat Marinara Sauce and grated american cheese, one piece of garlic bread.

    Side Dish #2: Garden greens with Balsamic Vinaigrette.

    Side Dish #3: Cream of Mushroom Soup.

    Side Dish #3A: Saltine Crackers.

    Drink: Apple Juice.

    Dessert- Chocolate Fudge Mush.

    Lunch Dish- Curly fries, Chicken fingers with ketchup, Raw baby carrots.

    Side Dish #2- Parmesan Potato Soup with Saltine Crackers.

    Drink- Lactaid Milk.
